THE DIARY OF THE MASTER'S COURT FOR DECEMBER 2020

Following the statement of The President of the High Court on the 20th October 2020 and the recent Government Announcement , the Court Service is pleased to inform practitioners and lay litigants that the Master of the High Court will hear certain adjourned matters which were adjourned to specific days during the month of December 2020.
The Matters to be heard are listed here.
The Central Office are now assigning hearing dates for motions to go before the Master in the Hilary Term 2021 commencing on the 12th day of January 2021.
The Master's Court will continue to operate in accordance with Public Health Guidelines and a total of six (6) matters will be listed for each 30 minute time slots available where possible.
The Court will continue to operate a one way entry system into the Court and a separate exit from the Court. A total of eight (8) persons will be permitted in the Court at any one time including the Master the Registrar and the Court staff. Parties will be required to adhere to the public health guidelines regarding social distancing and the wearing of face coverings and to comply with any instructions issued by Court Staff in maintaining these guidelines.
